
Amie Farrell grew up in the midwest, a solid Kansas City gal. Her Dad was a pipe fitter and rugby player. Her Mom a teacher. They instilled in Amie, her sister and brother a base of “work hard, play hard”, kindness to all, curiosity and “pull up your boot straps and get to work”. Amies’ acting career begin at a the ripe age of ten in the professional theater scene in Kansas City, she then followed this path to boarding school at Interlochen Arts Academy (leaving home at 13 yrs old), she holds a BFA from The Theater School at DePaul. Amie has worked professionally for decades. She has seen this beautiful country while doing theater all over at such theaters as Pasadena Playhouse, Ft Worth Shakespeare, The Geffen, Milwaukee Rep, Playwrights Horizons, Missouri Rep and more. Her Film and TV credits include Oscar Nominated MANK, RAVEN’S HOME, Oscar nominated AMERICAN SNIPER, THIS IS US, CRIMINAL MINDS, GREY’S ANATOMY, iCARLY and more. She is a member of SAG/AFTRA and AEA. Amie is also a coach, director, published author and podcast host. She continues to “work hard and play hard” in LA with her husband Leonard Roberts and their child.
